Certificate I in Hospitality Kicks Off at Compass

Term 2 signalled the start of VET at Compass, following the completion of our purpose-built “Kitchen Hub” over the term break.

Shortly after bursting through the kitchen doors for the very first time, the young people at compass were excited to launch into the Certificate I in Hospitality VET taster course, being expertly delivered on-site at Compass by the Adelaide Institute of Hospitality.

After moving through their induction and setting up the kitchen, students put the brand-new equipment to work, whipping up some delicious ham, cheese and tomato toasted wraps, before baking a beautiful batch of scones each.

We can’t wait to see what they serve up next week!
